I have shin splints and cant get rid of them.

I've stretched extensively, and have new running shoes, and nothing seems to be working.

It hurts off of the first step when leaping off of the balls of my feet inside, at mid shin height.

I've gotten to the point where I can run 3 miles without taking a rest, and can easily go more, but I don't know my limit because at this point, I can't even run 1 mile without having shooting pains lasting for days.

Right now I can't run because they are healing, I tried 1 mile earlier in the week and wished I hadn't .....

I want to run, but my legs are preventing me....

I think I've figured out Facebook's major appeal. It offers uber-narci­ssists an opportunit­y to have their proverbial 15 minutes every five f------g minutes
