This is a link to a YouTube selection showing the Voice of America coverage of my daughter leading Muslim Prayers in Washington, D.C.  The Call to Prayer near the beginning of the piece is being chanted by my daughter and my twin grand-daughters.  My daughter has lead prayers for mixed audiences in Malaysia, South Africa, Canada and several congregations in the United States.  Her efforts have been endorsed by the former Grand Mufti of Marsailles, now on the faculty at the Al-Azhar University in Egypt, considered by many to be the ultimate seat of scholarly Islamic learning.

Although I think she is completely crazy, I am terribly proud of her.

Being a person of faith I feel its important to be whole souled about what you believe.  Thats great that she is so involved with practicing her faith to achieve such a high level of recognition.
