Maybe I'll get a chance to do some bracketing and create a HDR image using PhotoMatrix

If I do I'll post my results here with settings and my process stream

Ok I took a series of 6 shots with staged EV values using manual focus an ISO of 100, 5 something for Fstop, and 1/6 of a sec shutter speed.
I metered off the wall.

I merged these images using PhotoMatrix (mac HDR app)  and worked with custom settings to get the look I was going for and exported.
I noticed there was too much blue on the walls which wouldn't correct without sacrificing other parts of the image so

I duplicated the layer in photoshop,
Corrected the color from layer one
removed its color profile using a B/W filter.
Masked away the skis to reveal the color duplicate below
I played with shadows and highlights and finally exported

My first HDR

I need to try this outside
